Respect

Respect is a big deal when working with potential workplace bullying, whoever it is with. Respect can also be difficult to obtain where staff are send to ‘lectures’ about behaviour or canvassed about ‘Workplace Values.’ Instead, behaviour change can instead depend on frank, respectful discussion and the opportunity to be supported.
